Kids love to create their own rainbow (add the colorful fruits and veggies!) kebabs by stacking their preferred veggies, fruits and Mom Made Meatball Bites on a skewer. This is a great way to get kids educated about healthy foods and you might just be surprised what new fruits and veggies they'll try if you let THEM put them on their own skewer! The power of empowering kids when it comes to healthy eating is like magic.
These are fun to make as filling snack, an easy weeknight dinner or bring them to a potluck dinner.
