Heather Stouffer, Founder and CEO of Mom Made Foods, offers a very special class for new parents. This class explores questions on why, when and how to start feeding solid foods to babies; includes topics of age appropriateness for foods, allergies as well as tips and tricks for beginning a lifetime of healthy eating.

This class is geared toward parents of 4 - 7 month olds.  Babies are invited too!
