Mushroom Meatball Stroganoff

"Russian" to fix dinner? Try Mom Made's Meatball Stroganoff!

A rich gravy of caramelized mushrooms, onions, dill infused cream, and beef sauce tops warm and juicy Mom Made Turkey Meatball Bites served with just-cooked egg noodles.

Prep Time: 15 minutes    Cook Time: 10-12 minutes   Total Time: 25-27 minutes

Yields: 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 (8 oz.) box Mom Made Turkey Meatball Bites

2 cups Button mushrooms, quartered

2 Tbsp. Butter

1 each Onion, sliced

1 Tbsp. All Purposed Flour

1 cup Beef broth

2 cups Heavy cream

2 Tbsp. Dill, chopped

To taste Salt & pepper

4 cups Cooked egg noodles, keep warm

Instructions:

In a sauté pan, brown the mushrooms in butter with the onion, sprinkle on the flour & continue to sauté until the flour is absorbed, season lightly with salt and pepper.

Add the beef stock and heavy cream cook 7 to 10 minutes on medium heat, or until reduced by ½.

Add the Mom Made Turkey Meatball Bites and chopped dill.  Cook for another 5 minutes, adjust seasoning as necessary.

Plate the noodles and top with the stroganoff sauce.  Yum!
