Simple Thanksgiving Appetizer for Everyone

Are you hosting Thanksgiving and need a healthy and easy appetizer ? Then, it's time to serve some Mom Made Turkey Meatball Bites with homemade cranberry sauce in less than 12 minutes! Cranberry Sauce:

  • 12 ounce cranberries
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 cup white sugar

In a medium sized saucepan over medium heat, let the sugar dissolve  in the orange juice. Stir in the cranberries and cook until the cranberries start to pop (about 10 min). Remove from heat and place sauce in a bowl. Cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools.

Mom Made antibiotic-free Turkey Meatball Bites:

Arrange as many meatballs as needed  in a microwave safe dish with a splash of water, broth or sauce.  Cover and heat on high for 60 sec or until hot. Let stand 1 min before serving.

Now, just stick in the toothpicks and serve on a platter with dipping sauce.

Time to dig in with your family and friends!
