A bite-size, super easy appetizer that all ages are sure to love! Everyone will think they're homemade...shhhhhh!
Prep Time : No more than 10 minutes
Yield : Approx 12 (2 Meatballs per person)
1 (8oz) box of Mom Made Beef & Cheddar Meatball Bites
Low sodium chicken broth or water
2 Tbsp olive oil
Your favorite sauce(s) for dipping (bbq, tomato sauce, teriyaki, mustard, ketchup, etc)
Prep dipping sauces and serving platter. 10 minutes before you are ready to serve, heat 2 Tbsp of olive oil in sauce pan over medium heat. Add meatballs to olive oil and heat for two minutes while turning meatballs until lightly brown. Add 1 C of water or chicken broth to pan and continue heating over medium heat for 5 minutes or until hot. With a slotted spoon, remove meatballs from pan and place on a plate with dipping sauce. Place a toothpick in each.
